- Discovering the right mindset to set your self up for healthy ongoing habits when the program is finished
- Private Facebook Group for all your Questions and Answers along with with the tools to keep progressing along the way
During this 4 weeks
- You will have access to a closed Facebook group which i will add all of you to simply to ask questions along the way,
- You will be monitored and tracked along the way so i can see progression (and i will know if your cheating).
- You will have recipes to get ideas from and I’m sure you will have some great recipes of your own.
- Nutrition plan with options plus i will tweak your nutrition along the way if need be to get the best result possible.
- You are required to train 3 times per week.
