Description
The type of Training and Nutritional advice is different for Men that are over 35 than it is for those who are younger.
The results Men have seen in the 6 weeks range from 4-15kg of fat loss in the program.
This is strictly for Men over 35.
- During this 6 weeks you will have access to a closed Facebook group which i will add all of you to simply to ask questions along the way,
- You will be monitored and tracked along the way so i can see progression (and i will know if your cheating).
- You will have recipes to get ideas from and I’m sure you will have some great recipes of your own.
- Nutrition plan with options plus i will tweak your nutrition along the way if need be to get the best result possible.
- You are required to train 3 times per week minimum.
