Lime Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
• 1/2 avocado
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 teaspoons lime zest
• 1 scoop good quality vanilla whey protein powder
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend all ingredients up until smooth and enjoy!
