Healthy chicken pasta
Ingredients
1 cup whole meal penne pasta
12 oz. chicken
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup zucchini
1 cup diced tomatoes
Cracked pepper
1 small Chili
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh garlic – 2 cloves
Oregano – 2* small pinch fresh
Mint – small handflull leaves fresh
Fat free cheese – lactose free or parmesan
Put pasta in boiling water to cook for 10-15min
Pour 1/2 cup water in pan then put in already boiled chicken and broccoli/zucchini
Place lid on and let cook for 4min
Now put in the diced tomatoes, chili, pepper, sea salt, garlic, oregano and mint
Let simmer on low heat for 15-20min with lid on.
Light Sprinkle of Lactose Free cheese
