Chocolate/coconut protein bar

• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• ½ cup raw stevia
• 3 whole organic eggs
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 heaped tablepoons desiccated coconut, unsweetened
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/2 cup protein powder – vanilla or chocolate
• 1 cup coconut flour

Blend ingredients up in food processor
Make into Bars. Will make approx 4-6 Bars
