Banana Choc ice cream

 

Ingredients (1-2 servings)

– 1 banana

– 1 1/2 scoop whey protein powder (Vanilla or chocolate flavour) – 3 table spoons No fat yoghurt

– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (for a strong chocolate flavour)

– 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

 

Directions:

– put all the ingredients together in a blender

– put the mixture in the freezer for around 60-90 minutes

– you can top it with crushed walnuts or almonds

Calories: 297

Protein: 40gm

Carbohydrates: 32gm

Fat: 1 g (saturated 0,5 g)

Fiber: 1,4 g

 

Add 14gm of fat per 20gm of walnuts to your nutritional facts which will add 180 calories.
