21 Days of Small Group Training

Ideal for those that have been little frustrated in the past with lack of progress at the gym or have plateaued and need to shock the body for better results.

The type of Training and Nutritional advice is different for Ladies that are over 35 than it is for those who are younger.

The results Ladies have seen in the 21 days range from 4-10kg of fat loss in the program.

This is strictly for Ladies over 35.
