What if I am unfit/ a beginner?We structure our sessions so you can work as hard as you can without anyone being left behind. You’ll see massive improvements even in one week. We can make exercises harder/ easier to suit your ability.

What do I need to bring?Just a bottle of water, a small towel and dress appropriately for exercise. If required to have medication i.e. inhailer, please bring this with you else you will not be able to train.

Do I have to stay on after 21 days?There is no obligation to continue as this is a stand alone programme.

How do I pay?Payment is taken via our online payment link via Bank Deposit, Paypal or Stripe

Will I really notice a difference?Absolutely. Working hard in the sessions and adhering to the nutritional advice will notice a drop in weight, inches and improvements in energy!

What else do I need to know?All sessions are just 45 mins. This programme is Ladies only. If you are carrying an injury/ have a health condition that could be affected by exercise or have any further questions, please contact us before signing up on info@getmotivated.com.au

WHO is this REALLY for?This is for women, who don’t do well in a conventional ‘gym setting’ and find themselves wandering around aimlessly, attending a few classes inconsistently, they’ve tried dieting clubs and just not been able to get the results they’ve wanted. They want a fun environment to train in, and to be made accountable for following meal plans to ensure results are achieved. We provide a ‘Personal Training service in a small group environment which makes it more affordable
