Tuna and avocado salad
185gm Tuna in Olive oil (drained)
¼ avocado, mashed
½ tsp. chili powder
½ lemon squeezed
¼-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 spring onion
Pinch of sea salt
Sprinkle a little black pepper
1 tsp. flaxseed meal
• Once you open the tuna, rinse it in water for about 30-60 seconds to rid some of the preservatives in the tin.
• Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix it in well together
